Recent On-Goings
Well, there’s really nothing interesting or fascinating you guys wanna know from here, it’s still not too late in case you wanna click the ‘cross’ button on the top right hand corner of your browser right now but I think you guys wouldn’t right right (copying Celle’s trademark) =P
These days in class are really wee different from year 1.
Everyday it's the mechanical same routine, wake up at 6.30am – 7am (which I usually don’t wake up on time) then go to MacDonald’s for the same meal then go to school. Lectures, tutorials, blah blah.. Then usually lunch alone at the café for the FC is way too crowded to be lunching alone. You know, people these days like to give that “you damn chor deng (a.k.a blocking space) look” when you are occupying a table and lunching alone.
Oh ya. It was only not too long ago that I realize that we have a restaurant in our school that serves both buffet and à la carte and guess what – YY told me when he met me for lunch! At first, I thought he was kidding but…
The food is not bad though, even if it’s otherwise, what more you can expect from a $10++ buffet equipped with magnificent and posh toilets (I mean that’s not totally the point la, but I can’t help but compare the toilets there and the ones located at our classrooms)
It’s really sad for a person who is always lunching alone =(
Then occasionally, people like YY or Darryl or Leonard (who usually goes to clubhouse) would accompany me to have lunch. Dinner is pretty much the same, going home, packet rice with the same few side dishes.
The year started out pretty… lonesome cause I don’t really know many people in my class as many of them came in groups from year 1 classes. Then I wasn’t that close to ZhenPei and gang.
Projects… Well I would just say that there’s not really a significant difference from those in year 1, except for doing it with different people and doing different stuff. Of course, the tedious report writings and nerve-wrecking presentations aren’t spared, but, we’ll be doing really fun stuff such as filming advertisements and editing it to look a real advert which is done in the industry is damn super cool la! Also and again, we were assigned to do an “Online Shopping Website” this time using ASP VBscript. Those 3 words should sound interesting but for me I can only sense sleepless nights and endless frustrations during coding. Oh great.
Speaking of activities, I’ve got a ton load of them. Maybe to you guys out there, it may seem effortless to you but for me it’s really something fresh for I really hadn’t got myself into many school activities since secondary 1 and that many at one go can really render me speechless.
